Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Pandora, customer satisfaction is on the top of our mind. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase from Pandora e-Store, we offer a one-time exchange or return on your order and we will provide a full refund.

 

Do note that:

 

- We only offer a one-time exchange on any given order
- Return & Exchange is will only be valid for 14 days after the date of delivery
- The customer is responsible for the return shipment 
- No exchanges or refunds are permitted for discounted / promotional  / sale items.
- Due to hygiene purposes, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns of all earring products
- Should your total bill falls below S$80.00 after the refund, shipping cost will be applied
- Please note that if you have purchased a Pandora jewellery set and wish to return or exchange it, the full complete set must be returned / exchanged.

 

To raise a return / exchange request, please contact our Customer Support Centre hereWe recommend that you check your orders immediately upon receiving them and email us your exchange(s) / return(s) request should the items not be satisfactory. Once a request has been raised, instructions will be given to you to do the exchange once approved. Do read the instructions below on how to raise an exchange request.

All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at our appointed addresses. All items must be returned in resalable condition in original packaging and exchanged only one time per receipt. Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

 

Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for the purchase.

 

Once approved, exchanges can be done in any Pandora physical store (except for Takashimaya Department Store, IMM Outlet Store and Changi City Point Outlet Store) with your item(s) and electronic invoice (e-invoice) to process your exchange request.

 

Instructions for Return(s)

 

If you decide to do a return for your online purchase, please first contact our Customer Service Team here. Kindly follow these steps so that we can better facilitate your return request:

 

1) Please send an email to our Customer Service Team with the following information:

          a. Full Name

          b. Order Number ID (e.g. PNDSG000XXXX)

          c. Item(s) to be returned

          d. Reason(s) for the return

 

2) Our Customer Service Team will contact you within the next 2 business days to acknowledge your request and confirm your details.

 

3) Once your return request is approved by our Customer Service Team, please pack the completed Return Form together with the item(s) in the original Pandora packaging in the parcel as instructed.

 

4) Do send the item(s) that you wish to return to the following address by courier within 14 days.

**Please note that the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the item(s) to Pandora and be responsible for the safety of the delivery. All returns will be processed within the next 5 business days upon meeting our return policies and confirmation of the items original condition. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the refund is completed from our end. Your refund(s) should appear on your bank statement within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer. Please contact your bank/card issuer directly should you have any further clarifications pertaining to your refund(s).

 


Can I return or exchange an item purchased online to a Pandora physical store?

 

We only accept exchanges for item(s) purchased online at our Pandora physical stores except the following stores: Takashimaya Departmental Store, IMM Outlet Store, Changi City Point Outlet Store and Changi Airport. Please bring along the item(s) that you wish to exchange together with the e-invoice to any Pandora physical store (except Changi Airport) so that our staff can facilitate your exchange request.

The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?

 

No, we will not be able to do a refund.
