How do I place an order?
To place an order, please select your desired item(s) and add them to your shopping cart. Once you are ready with your selection, follow the instructions on the check-out page to complete your order. You may either create an account or check-out as a guest. Upon check-out completion, you will receive an order confirmation email.

 

What happens when I have placed my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order. To protect our customers from fraudulent activities, all personal and payment details will need to be verified. We will contact you if we encounter any issues with your order.

 

My payment has been declined.
Kindly check the following for possible payment declination reasons:

• Credit card details such as credit card number, expiry date or your billing address.

If I order something that is no longer in stock, what will happen to my order?
Should your order be no longer in stock, we will cancel your item or your order and refund the relevant amount to your credit card that was used for the purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
