TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This promotion is available from 9:00 am SGT on 30 July 2026 to 11:59 pm SGT on 31 August 2026 ("Promotional Period").
2. This promotion is valid in Singapore only.
3. This promotion is available only to members of Pandora Club Singapore who hold an active PANDORA Club Singapore membership during the Promotional Period.
4. This promotion applies only to referral invitations ("Referral Invitation") sent by an existing member of PANDORA Club Singapore ("Referring Club Member") via email to a friend during the Promotional Period.
5. A friend who receives a Referral Invitation and successfully registers as a new PANDORA Club Singapore via the Referral Invitation ("Referred Friend") will be eligible to receive a New Club Member Discount Code. The use of the New Club Member Discount Code is subject to the applicable terms and conditions governing such code, as communicated to the Referred Friend
6. A Referring Club Member will receive one (1) 15% Off Discount Code ("Referring Club Member Discount Code") upon a Referred Friend:
6.1 signing up as a new member of PANDORA Club Singapore via the Referral Invitation sent by that Referring Club Member; and
6.2 completing a purchase using the New Club Member Discount Code within fourteen (14) days of registration.
7. Each Referring Club Member may receive a maximum of three (3) Referring Club Member Discount Codes during the Promotional Period.
8. A Referring Club Member Discount Code:
· may only be used once;
· may only be used to purchase selected Pandora products through the official Pandora Singapore online store;
· is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue ("Eligible Period");
· will automatically expire upon the expiry of the Eligible Period; and
· may not be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer, including Birthday or Anniversary discounts.
9. Only one (1) Referring Club Member Discount Code can be used per transaction.
10. The Referring Club Member Discount Code is not valid for the purchase of:
· Sale items;
· Care Kits;
· Gift Cards; or
· e-Gift Cards.
11. The Referring Club Member Discount Code does not apply to delivery charges.
12. A Referring Club Member Discount Code may be used with selected payment methods available on the official Pandora Singapore online store.
13. To redeem the Referring Club Member Discount Code, the Referring Club Member must log in to their PANDORA Club Singapore account and enter the discount code at checkout. 14. Products purchased using a Referring Club Member Discount Code are eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with applicable Singapore law and Pandora's Change of Mind Returns & Refunds Policy.

15. For any approved change-of-mind return or refund, the Referring Club Member will only be refunded the amount actually paid for the returned product after the Referring Club Member Discount Code was applied, as shown on the original purchase receipt.
16. For the avoidance of doubt, where a purchase made using a Referring Club Member Discount Code is returned or refunded, the Referring Club Member Discount Code will not be reinstated, reissued, or recredited, and may not be used again.
17. Pandora's Product Warranty Policy applies upon presentation of the original purchase receipt.
18. Purchases made under this promotion remain subject to the PANDORA Club Singapore Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, such purchase shall not count towards qualifying spend or membership tier upgrades under the PANDORA Club Singapore Loyalty Program.
19. Pandora reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
