How long it takes to ship my order?
All successfully placed orders will be shipped within 3 – 5 days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

 

How will my Pandora jewellery be packaged?
Your Pandora jewellery will be carefully packed in our exclusive Pandora gift box and delivered securely in a protective carbon box.

 

Do you offer a personalized gift note / card option?
No. We do not offer personalized gift note at the moment.

 

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been successfully shipped. This email will contain a tracking number alongside a weblink which will enable you to track your order. Kindly note that you will only be able to track the delivery status once you receive the tracking number.

 

Where do you deliver?
We only ship to addresses within Singapore. How does your delivery service work?
Our orders are sent via courier service – SPX Pte. Ltd.

 

How much is the delivery cost?
The shipping cost is S$20 per order regardless of the number of items in the order. Orders above SGD 80 qualifies for free delivery.

 

What can delay my order?
The standard delivery for all orders is between 3 – 5 business days and your order will usually arrive within the stipulated time. Occasional delays due to unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners and weather disturbances may occur. As this is beyond our control, Pandora will not be liable in such cases and recommends for orders to be placed as early as possible.

 

Can you send me a catalogue/ brochure?
We are unable to fulfill catalogue or brochure requests. Kindly visit our physical stores or sign up to Pandora Club for all latest news and product launches and updates.
