TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A discount code:

· may only be used once;

· may only be used to purchase selected Pandora products through the official Pandora Singapore online store;

· is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue ("Eligible Period");

· will automatically expire upon the expiry of the Eligible Period; and

· may not be used in conjunction with any other discount code or promotional offer, including Birthday or Anniversary discounts.

2. A discount code does not apply to delivery charges.

3. A discount code may be used with selected payment methods available on the official Pandora Singapore online store

4. Only one (1) discount code can be used per transaction.

5. A discount code is not valid for the purchase of:

· Sale items;

· Care Kits;

· Gift Cards; or

· e-Gift Cards.

6. To redeem a discount code, you must log in to your PANDORA Club Singapore account and enter the discount code at checkout.

7. Products purchased using a discount code are eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges in accordance with applicable Singapore law and Pandora's Change of Mind Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. For any approved change-of-mind return or refund, you will only be refunded the amount actually paid for the returned product after the discount code was applied, as shown on the original purchase receipt.

9. For the avoidance of doubt, where a purchase made using a discount code is returned or refunded, you will not be reinstated, reissued, or recredited, and may not be used again.

10. Pandora's Product Warranty Policy applies upon presentation of the original purchase receipt.

11. Pandora reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this discount code and/or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
