Loyalty Terms and Conditions

- Loyalty program is applicable to all Pandora stores in Singapore except T Galleria by DFS.

- Discount offer is valid for purchase of selected regular-priced products only upon presentation of valid proof of identity, e.g. credit card, staff card or student card with photograph for verification. This offer refers to 10% off for SILVER member, or 15% off for GOLD member. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, or be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotion, etc.

- Each LOYALTY, SILVER or GOLD Member is entitled to enjoy a one-time birthday offer during his/her birthday month and given discount is applicable to purchase of up to five pieces of each SKU of the products. The one-time birthday offer refers to 10% off for LOYALTY member, 15% off for SILVER member, or 20% off for GOLD member, which is valid for purchase of all selected regular-priced products except bundle sets/gift sets. All purchased items during the birthday month are non-exchangeable (except for quality issues) and non-refundable.

- GOLD Member shall enjoy 1-year warranty for all merchandise purchased at regular price from the date of purchase (“Extended Warranty”) upon presentation of a valid Pandora’s official receipt. The Extended Warranty is not applicable to glass charms, wooden charms, leather items and strings. Pandora normally provides a 30 (thirty)-day warranty from date of purchase and GOLD Member will have an extended 60 (sixty)-day warranty for the aforesaid items.

- Membership is non-transferrable. To enjoy member’s benefits, member must present a valid proof of identity for verification. The spend and accumulated amount is based on the final net sales value of purchased merchandise excluding any service charges (such as repair and polish service) and shopping bag charges.

- LOYALTY Member may upgrade to SILVER/GOLD Member (as the case may be) upon meeting the target spend and accumulated minimum amount within 12 months since the first day of attaining his/her relevant membership status.

SILVER/GOLD Member may be downgraded to LOYALTY/SILVER Member (as the case maybe) if the target spend and accumulated minimum amount has not be met within 12 months since the first day of attaining his/her relevant membership status.
