Q: If the person I’ve referred to sign up as a Club member has not made a purchase, will I still be able to use the 15% off discount code?

No. The referred person needs to complete a purchase using the New Club Member Discount Code within fourteen (14) days of registration for you to be eligible for the 15% promotion discount.

Q: Is Refer a Friend applicable to offline stores?

It is only applicable to online purchases made from 30 July – 31 August 2026.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase amount required for this promotion?

There is no minimum purchase amount required for this promotion; however, this Refer a Friend promotion cannot be stacked with other existing promotions, with the exception of the Buy 2 Disney products and get a free Moana Bag promotion.

Q: Is the discount code applicable to all items?

The discount code is not valid for the purchase of sale items, care kits, gift cards, and e-gift cards.

Q: How do I use the voucher code?

To redeem a discount code, you must log in to your PANDORA Club Singapore account and enter the discount code at checkout.

Existing PANDORA Club members will receive a 'Refer a Friend' email with a unique referral link. When you share it with friends and family via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, you and your friend will both receive a 15% off discount code once they register and buy from our online store.
