Our response to COVID-19
For Pandora, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the Government and relevant health authorities.
As we move on to Phase 2, all* of our stores in Singapore are now re-opened. Kindly ensure that you have use SafeEntry to check in and out for contact tracing when shopping with us.
To keep our customers, staff and communities safe, we have implemented the following safety measures within our store premise:
• Temperature checks for all staff and customers
• Placement of hand sanitizer at the cashier counter
• Increase the level and frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of store fixtures
• Limit the number of people, including service staff in the store for safe distancing measures
During this time, we greatly appreciate your patience should the waiting time to be served takes longer than usual.
Lastly, do note that our daily operating hours will be from 11am to 9pm till further notice.
To assist customers impacted by isolation or circuit breaker period in relation to COVID-19, we are also temporarily extending the eligibility period for returns and exchanges for regular priced items from 14 days to 30 days from date of receipt. Loyalty, Silver and Gold member whose birthday falls in the month of April or May will have their birthday discount extended till 30th June 2020.
